Training and Clinical Experience:
Ai Weig is currently an Assistant Director at a Family Service Centre, where she leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred social services to individuals and families. She is deeply committed to building both client and organisational capacity for adaptive, values-driven responses—especially in complex or high-stakes situations.
With a career that began at Fei Yue Family Service Centre in 2003 and transitioned into social work and counselling education in 2011, Ai Weig brings over two decades of experience across both the social service and education sectors. She is known for her ability to coach leaders and support clients across a broad spectrum of needs.
In her private practice, Ai Weig believes in respectful listening and deep understanding. She draws from a range of approaches—including psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, and solution-focused methods. Her clinical experience spans work with youths, individuals, couples, and families, as well as the facilitation of treatment groups.
