Training and Clinical Experience:
Huihui has over 12 years of experience in Educational Psychology and is a Registered Psychologist under the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). She currently works at Fei Yue’s Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC), providing assessment and intervention support for preschool-aged children with additional needs. Prior to this, Huihui’s work as an Educational Psychologist with the Ministry of Education provided her with opportunities to work closely with primary and secondary schools to support children with additional needs. She has had vast experience in conducting psycho-educational assessments for diagnostic purposes. Huihui has also worked closely with schools to provide training, consultation and implement intervention support to children with additional needs.
Huihui finds great joy and satisfaction in her work with individuals with diverse needs and hopes to contribute towards a society that is inclusive and accessible for all. She has volunteered in different capacities with various organisations, such as MINDS, SHINE Children and Youth Services, the ReadAble Literacy programme, and the National Care Hotline during the COVID-19 pandemic. Huihui works collaboratively with parents, teachers and individuals with diverse needs in both assessment and intervention work. She aims to foster understanding and acceptance of diverse strengths and needs, with the goal of implementing child-centered and inclusive support.

- Certified Test User: Educational, Ability/Attainment (British Psychological Society Psychological Testing Centre)
- Trained administrator of the Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised (ADI-R) and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2)
- Huihui has worked closely with schools to support children with various needs, including literacy/language, numeracy, socio-emotional, behaviour support, and school-based anxiety.
Fun Facts:
Huihui likes to keep active, spend time in nature and learn new things. She is also a foodie and enjoys cooking, baking and exploring new food haunts.
