What is Counselling Services?
Counselling is a “talk therapy,” a process where individuals, couples or families meet with a trained professional counsellor to talk about issues and challenges that they are facing in their lives. Counselling can help people to gain awareness and clarity surrounding the issues. Counsellors and clients collaboratively identify and work towards achieving the desired outcomes and goals for counselling.
Our dedicated team of counsellors/psychotherapists is devoted to empowering individuals and families across all age brackets who are facing distress in their current life circumstances. The aim is to assist them in developing effective coping strategies and navigate through personal, social, and emotional challenges with resilience and strength.
The Counselling and Psychotherapy services we provide include:

What you can expect with an Ark Counsellor?
We provide a safe space and confidential collaboration between the relationship of our qualified counsellors/psychotherapists and clients to promote mental health well-being as well as psychological well-being, which enhances self-understanding and resolves identified concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and personal identity issues. We also provide counselling work with families on marital relationships, parenting concerns as well as various other family issues.
Our professionally trained counsellors/psychotherapists will provide you with genuine, caring, empathic and non-judgmental responses to your problems. You have the choice to share only what you are comfortable to share. Rest Assured that you will be in good hands, our professional counsellors and therapists are highly qualified professionals, and they are also registered with various professional organizations.
During your sessions, our counsellor/psychotherapist will collaborate with you and delve into your thoughts, emotions and behaviours; the aim is to empower you to navigate and manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. With these interventions, we hope there will be growth and enhancement on your self-understanding, and healing in your relationships with yourself as well as with loved ones.

Face-to-Face
Face-to-face sessions will be held at our centre at 190 Clemenceau Ave, Singapore Shopping Centre, #05-11/12, Singapore 239924.
Online
Sessions can also be conducted online via Zoom. Individuals will need a laptop or computer with an Internet connection, web camera and audio input, in a quiet room to ensure confidentiality.
Fees
Individual Counselling |
$160 – $200/session exclude GST. Each session is about 45 min to 1 hour. |
1. The counselling fee is collected before the session via PayNow.
2. Every extension of 15 mins will be charged at 25% of the fee.
3. No-shows, rescheduled requests, or cancellations received within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of fee, for time allocated for the appointment. Cancellation due to medical or other emergency matters, the fee may be waived on a case-by-case basis.
