What is Psychological Services
We work with all age groups in providing our services through psychological assessment and interventions. We believe in working closely with the clients and if needed, their family to provide parenting/caregiver support.
ARK therapists also conduct training and provide consultation work for organisations and schools in mental health and disability issues.
What you can expect with an Ark Therapist
Assessments:
Psychological assessments help you better understand your strengths and needs. This increased understanding allows you to utilize your strengths and access the right supports in different environments (school, home, work) so that you can thrive. This can range from learning to social-emotional, or behavioural needs.
Child Psychoeducational Assessment:
- Assessment for exam accomodation/access arrangement
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- School Readiness Assessments
- Specific Learning Disorders such as dyslexia, dyscalculia
- SPED School Applications
Child, Youth, and Adult Mental Health Assessment:
- Diagnostic Report for Mental Health Condition (e.g., Depression, Anxiety, and Post-traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD)
The Therapy Process
This is where your therapist will invite you to explore more about your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You can share as much as you are comfortable in sharing, and one thing is for certain – you can expect that our therapist will be non-judgmental and genuinely interested in what you have to say!
Your therapist will provide interventions during sessions. These interventions help to equip you in managing your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors which influence how you view yourself, your loved ones, and the world.

Consultancy/training
Besides direct psychological services, ARK therapist also provides talks and workshops on mental health and disability issues, to train organizations in becoming an inclusive space. Do approach us to explore how we can individualise workshops and trainings for your workplace.
Mediums available
Face-to-Face:
Face-to-face sessions will be held at our centre at 190 Clemenceau Ave, Singapore Shopping Centre, #05-11/12, Singapore 239924.
Online:
Sessions can also be conducted online via Zoom. The individual will need a laptop or computer with an Internet connection, web camera and audio input, in a quiet room to ensure confidentiality.
Fees
Assessment | $500 – $2000 exclude GST (depending on assessment tool required) |
Individual Therapy | $180 – $220/session exclude GST. Each session is about 45 min to 1 hour. |
1. The therapy fee is collected before the session via PayNow.
2. Every extension of 15mins will be charged at 25% of the fee.
3. No-shows, rescheduled requests, or cancellations received within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of fee, for time allocated for the appointment. Cancellation due to medical or other emergency matters, the fee may be waived on a case-by-case basis.
